“ Today I came to Sunday Coffee with some friends, visiting from the Gold Coast. The place has great and had overall range of coffees, bagels and pastries. I ordered the BRAT Bagel and let me tell you, it was DIVINE! (Tad but oily but that adds to the beauty). The price was a bit dear at $16.50 for a bagel. However, please be cautious with the chairs! My friend and I went up to get check on our meals as we waited around 30-40 minutes for our bagels. When I returned from my seat, I accident kneeled on the seat which was made out a thin wooden material and left a dint! We decided to gave them one out into takeaway boxes and the lady who brought them out to us, saw the incident happen, assuming that it would’ve been handled. She happened to report it to a lady I believe was the manager. As we left, the lady came out and handpicked one of my mates wrongfully accusing him of breaking the chair. She had every right to be upset, the chairs after all were “very expensive”. I told them what happened, showed the damage, apologised and asked how I could repay them or fix the issue. I do appreciate her for letting me go without consequences, and respect her agile thinking because the only thing she requested was for us to leave a review. So again, I apologies for the chair & thank you for the banging bagels! ”
